In some places you only get one shot, ours gives you two, other places three (lucky people). It does make me feel bad for those people who don't get as many tries (and jealous for the people who get more).

Thanks for visiting. :-)Clickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09478761820331036869noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5879045754890624537.post-29526413037867814452015-04-19T11:38:31.066+01:002015-04-19T11:38:31.066+01:00Costs like hotels would really come into play more...Costs like hotels would really come into play more if you're some distance away from your hospital. For us, we're restricted with ferry times as we live on an island. Stopping a night in a hotel is essential for early morning appointments and I know some people prefer to get a hotel close to the hospital for some procedures to avoid uncomfortable or early morning journeys.

Luckily I've got the money set aside for those stays already. ;-)Clickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09478761820331036869noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5879045754890624537.post-48972902047495672912015-04-19T11:12:25.492+01:002015-04-19T11:12:25.492+01:00It is good, though the wait can be disheartening. ...It is good, though the wait can be disheartening. We were on the list for two years and by the time our chance came we weren't in a position to take it up so have had to wait another year for treatment. :-)Clickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09478761820331036869noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5879045754890624537.post-28598418217096987652015-04-16T04:37:34.788+01:002015-04-16T04:37:34.788+01:00I didn't know about the lottery type treatment...I didn't know about the lottery type treatment selection. Interesting, and somewhat sad. I'm glad you have options and the medical aspect is not an issue. I don't think that's the case here in California, although I'm not 100% sure. I am looking forward to the day all aligns in a perfect way for you.
