This looks very X-Files!! Half buried alien spaceship? I had expected some sort of church/religious building with the title Dome - so once again I'm caught out!! I can see by your tags this is somewhere in Wales and I'm thinking it's a biodome but where is it and how long has it been there?
I was going to ask if it was the Eden Project, then saw Wales in the tags. Where is it? Looks fascinating.

It's the Welsh Botanical Gardens. They have this big biodome full of plants from all over the world.

It's the biodome at the Welsh Botanical Gardens, which I blogged about here. A fantastic place to visit.
