A baby hippo - it almost doesn't look real!! I've loved your photos taken at Edinburgh zoo - you obviously really enjoyed your day there :-) I mentioned your blog and photos in my Wordless Wednesday post.
Technically it's a full grown pygmy hippo ;-) but it's definitely real, it was close enough to touch (not that I'd want to, those things have crazy big teeth)! We did have a fantastic time in Edinburgh, I took enough photos to last me through to the end of the year in Wordless Wednesday posts, hehe.
And thank you for the mention on your blog. I'm a bit behind on the blogs I read, I'll have to go and get caught up. :-)

They really are cute.
ReplyDeleteThey were, this one was my favourite because it was much more active, the other one was in a pool under a tree so you couldn't see it so easily.
